What a great day today! In stark contrast to the rest of the week, it was a balmy 30F when I finally got out in the afternoon. It was calm, the sun was shining and my feet were actually hitting the running trail pavement (rather than the nasty layer of winter I’m-gonna-make-you-run-crazy-slow-yet-work-crazy-hard-and-constantly-fear-falling-flat-on-your-face). I was a bit overdressed, but I could hardly complain. I felt like Dorothy following the yellow brick road to Oz. Sadly though, it was only the West River Parkway leading me right back to Amundson.
