5k @ 23ish (I’m not a fan of the shorter distances. I just can’t get my short legs to turn over fast enough. And there’s something about paying >$1/min of running that I’m not crazy about. Unless the t-shirt is really cool…)
10k @ 56:36 (I haven’t done much at this distance. This “PR” was set during a very cold (think -xF) winter run, wearing just shy of a full-on snow suit and essentially running to finish before I froze to death.)
